Gangmasters & Labour Abuse Authority. The GLAA licence ensures that businesses who supply workers – labour providers, Gangmasters or agencies and businesses who require specific workers – labour users, farmers, packhouses, factories meet the employment standards that are required by law.

As a globally recognised institution, Sedex manage the performance of their members around labour rights, health & safety, the environment and business ethics.

The ETI Base Code is founded on the conventions of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and are an internationally recognised code of labour practice embraced by Surecall.

The REC Code of Professional Practice has been created in consultation with members and industry stakeholders to ensure that all members of the REC conduct their businesses ethically and to the highest standards of best industry practice.

The Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) is the body for individual recruitment professionals in the UK. The Institute champions expert recruitment by representing, developing, educating, qualifying and supporting the careers of members throughout the recruitment industry. Each of Surecall’s Senior Management Team are formally accredited Fellows of the Institute.
