Before engaging any worker to represent our organisation on a client site we undertake the following:
- Face to Face interviews
- Document checking including eligibility to work in the UK
- All workers or office staff are selected based on a numeracy and literacy test to ensure they meet your expectations.
- Reference from past employers and other checks you may require (can be provided on request)
Access to a large pool of quality staff
Surecall Recruitment is experienced in supplying temporary and permanent staff across a variety of sectors including the framework public sector.

If you have specific labour needs, we can provide them on an ad hoc basis, pre-book weekly workers on a pre-plan basis, provide emergency cover through the day and night, as well as workers on either a temporary to permanent basis or permanent for an agreed fee.

When engaging with new starters, as part of our service, we call every worker prior to every shift.
Candidate payroll and assessment
At peak, Surecall payrolls up to 8,000 workers per week, with the capacity in place to increase this to 15,000 plus per week. In addition, we have a database of over 15,000 individuals that we engage on a regular basis.
On-site Management Team
For several of our clients, we also offer an on-site service, whereby we are happy to locate members of your assigned account team onto your premises. This service enables us to provide you with the following benefits:
- Real time management and a better understanding of your staff requirements for pre-planning purposes.
- Staff assessments, staff training, sickness, accidents, compliance all done on your premises.
- We can liaise with your team daily and react to any change immediately.
Rapid Response time
Our predominant aim is to provide clients with the correctly qualified temporary staff on-site within 90 minutes of receiving the request.
24/7 Client Support
Surecall Recruitment operates a 24-hour, 7 day a week shift pattern.
We provide a genuine 24/7 service to ensure that we are always on call to deliver the needs of our customers and keep things moving. We have a night team that operates the office night shift and then hands over to the day team in the morning.
Our office teams complete daily handovers to ensure that data information is accurate and up to date. If someone lets you down or a job suddenly needs doing, we always have someone at the office to support you.
