Overview
We are looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a busy construction team located in Potters Bar.
Duties
- Support construction activities by preparing sites, moving materials, and assembling structures as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to project specifications
Requirements
- Previous building site or construction environment experience with a strong understanding of site maintenance practices
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely and effectively
- Ability to perform physical tasks that require lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and outdoor work environments
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
