Coffee Shop Manager

We are looking for an experienced coffee shop manager who can take an active interest in the development and growth of a brand-new cafe specialising in premium coffee and healthy juices.

Ideally you will come from a premium cafe / branded coffee shop or tea rooms background and be able to show experience of training and coaching teams as well as delivering excellent service and standards.

As Cafe Manager you will ensure all food and beverage is presented to the correct standard, serving excellent coffee, and welcoming customers, building relationships with regular customers, and asking for their feedback. You will have a knowledge of health and safety, including food hygiene and will be able to manage stock with controls, rotation, and monitoring. The food and beverage product are artisan, focusing on a fresh quality product.

This is a lovely position in a great location with an operator who has a great working culture and value their people. The business is such that Saturday and Sunday are peak trading days so you will be expected to work some weekends based on 6 days (48 hours).

The role has a highly competitive salary of up to £30k plus % bonus and future career development opportunities.
