We are currently seeking an experienced Class 1 Shunter Driver to join our team in Whittlesey. The role involves safely and efficiently moving trailers around a busy factory site, ensuring smooth site operations at all times.

Shifts:

4 on 4 off

  • 14:00-22:00
  • 22:00-06:00

Pay:

£19.31 Monday – Friday

£20.88 Weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shunting trailers around the factory site
  • Opening and closing trailer sheets as required
  • Working closely with site teams to ensure efficient trailer movements
  • Adhering to all site safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
  • Minimum 6 months of Class 1 driving experience
  • Shunting experience is required
  • Previous tug experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
