Warehouse Manager – up to £35,000 pa – Park Royal

We are working with a well-established Construction company in Park Royal, North West London seeking a Warehouse Manager to join a busy team. The company is going from strength to strength and are looking for additional staff to support the growing business.

We are looking to speak to forward thinking Warehouse Managers that are willing to really make an impact and introduce new procedures.

• Salary up to £35,000 per annum.
• 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with some weekend work required

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of operatives, FLT drivers and Supervisor
• Running of the specific department on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Leading and ensuring the team achieve performance KPI’s and targets on time and in full whilst ensuring full compliance with all operational standards and specifications
• Engage and motivate all colleagues to be their best at all time to deliver excellent standards of service to our customers
• Set clear goals, objectives, pace and develop a site performance improvement plan linked to the overall strategy to drive performance
• Implement a new and better way of working
• Liaising with suppliers and clients
• Take responsibility for health and safety and lead by example in order to ensure consistent compliance
