Recruitment Resourcer – £23,000 to £26,000 plus commission – Potters Bar
The Role
We are a vibrant logistics recruitment agency based in Potters Bar, offering services to the transport & logistics sector on a 24-hour basis. The agency now requires a resourcer to support and find candidates for a friendly team of account managers and consultants.
Working Hours
- 5 days a week. Flexibility will be required to accommodate peak busy periods associated with the transport and logistics industry.
- Office hours are Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm.
Main Duties
- Sourcing warehouse staff and drivers for the agency
- Carrying out database and job board searches
- Implementing recruitment campaigns via job boards such as total jobs and Indeed and social media channels such as Facebook.
- Interviewing and checking suitability of candidates
- Assisting other agency members of the team when needed
- Ad-hoc duties as necessary
Requirements
- New starter or sales background
- Knowledge of social media and its use as a recruitment tool
- Good communication skills via phone or email
- Punctuality, flexibility, and professionalism
- Computer skills – Word & Excel proficient
- Typing, spelling and good knowledge of spreadsheets
- Must be prepared to familiarise yourself with the Account Management Team and become an integral part of our business.
- Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry will be advantageous but not essential.
