Weekend On Call Manager

A busy recruitment agency has an opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic On Call Manager to join its busy team of recruiters in Potters Bar during the weekend shift.

The Role

As On Call Manager you will be responsible for the management of the office Friday to Sunday including dealing with customer and driver enquiries in a professional and prompt manner.

Location: Potters Bar

Salary

Up to £30K per annum pro rata and dependant on experience

Main Duties

Your job will involve the following tasks:

• Office Management
• Answering calls
• Confirming bookings
• Dealing with candidate enquiries
• Dealing with Client queries
• General admin support duties
• Creating excel spreadsheets

Hours and work patterns

This job will be based in the office and the working hours will be as follows:

• Friday 12pm – 8pm
• Saturday 8am – 8pm
• Sunday 8am – 8pm

Requirements

For this role you must be confident, sociable, good attention to detail, organised, able to operate under pressure. You must have at least 6 months experience within any office environment and an excellent telephone manner.
