Office Administrator
A school sticker making company based in Barnet, is seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join its busy office team on a part/term time basis.
The Role
This role will be very administrative with tasks likely to change and evolve whilst you work with us. These will include
- Completing Purchase Orders
- Order Processing
- Assisting in other departments during peak
- Assisting with general administrative duties
- Assisting with stock orders
- Chasing client payments
- Customer Service with clients
The role has the potential to become permanent.
Requirements
A people person who has a “can do attitude ” and can offer previous office adminitsration experience will be ideal for this role. You will also need to be very enthusiastic, enjoy working on your own or as part of a team and be willing to multi-task where required in a fast working environment.
The Hours
- 11am to 3pm (ideal for the school run)
- 16 hours per week
- 4 days per week
Pay Rates
- £10 to £12 per hour dependant on experience
