HR Administrator
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of the new HCM system (UKG) scheduled for rollout in July 2024.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the new HCM (UKG) system by accurately processing employee data, including on boarding, role changes, departures, personal information updates, and managing holidays and absences.
- Generate employment contracts, offer letters, variation letters, and other necessary documentation.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting right to work checks, organising new hire paperwork, and facilitating first-day arrangements and inductions.
- Digitise both new and existing employee files and records.
- Produce regular scheduled reports as well as ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.
- Provide support for various HR projects.
- Undertake additional HR administrative tasks as required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar HR role.
- Proficient in administration and communication, capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in generating absence and diversity statistics for senior management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with UKG HCM or similar people management systems is advantageous.
