HGV Class 1 Driver – to £17 per hour – Sittingbourne

HGV Class 1 Driver, HGV 1, Class 1, LGV 1 Driver

A leading leading supermarket chain is seeking the services of class 1 drivers to undertake delivery work to its network of stores. The HGV Class 2 drivers will operate from the supermarket’s regional distribution centre based in Sittingbourne, Kent.

The role

• Store delivery
• AM, PM  shifts
• Monday to Friday and weekends
• Average 10 to 12 hour shifts

Requirements

• Looking for drivers with a good natured, customer friendly manner
• Flexible outlook in terms of working weekends, days, nights etc…
• Ideally Minimum 6 months HGV1 UK driving experience
• Valid HGV license, CPC and Tacho Card
• No more than 6 points and no major endorsements.
• Drivers with experience of passing assessments with other haulage companies especially welcome.

The Rates

• Monday to Friday – £14 per hour (am) & £15 per hour (pm)
• Weekends – Saturday – £16 per hour and Sunday – £17 per hour
