Coffee Shop Assistant

We are looking for two experienced coffee shop assistants who can take an active interest in the development and growth of an established café specialising in premium coffee and healthy juices and snacks.

Ideally you will come from a premium café / branded coffee shop or tea rooms background and be able to show experience and versatility as both a barista and a preparer of food

As a cafe Assistant you will ensure all food and beverage is presented to the correct standard, serving excellent coffee, and welcoming customers, building relationships with regular customers, and asking for their feedback.

The business is such that Saturday and Sunday are peak trading days so you will be expected to work some weekends based on 6 days (48 hours).

The role has a salary of up to £11 per hour with future career development opportunities available.
