Requirements:

• Documents:
• Right to Work documentation
• Enhanced DBS (Update services preferred)
• 2 References from the last 3 years
• Fitness to Work certificate
• Qualifications:
• HCPC Registration (ACP)
• Paramedical or MSc in ACP
• Prescribing Certificate (ANP/ACP)
• Minor Illness Certificate (ANP/ACP)
• Indemnity Insurance
