IR35 A Message To Our Drivers

IR35 delayed until 2021

Following an announcement last night, the UK government has decided to delay the reforms to the off-payroll working rules. This means plans to implement IR35 from April 2020 will now be postponed and rescheduled for April 6, 2021.

With your interests in mind, we will always continue to work closely with our clients in order to establish favourable rates for you. However for the foreseeable future it is “BUSINESS AS USUAL” until we know what our client’s plans are with IR35 moving forward.
