Dear. Arla XPO Driver,

XPO have notified us that from Sunday 28th February 2021 the minimum pay & charge will revert to 8 hours.

Hours worked above 8 hours will be subject to a 45-minute break deduction as per normal working & driving time regulations.

Please note, there are plenty of trunk and runout routes available at both Hatfield & Aylesbury so if you want to work additional hours to increase your earnings you can.

Also once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted and things get back to normal - we don’t expect many shifts to be below 10 hours.
